I’m heading to Cancun and Riviera Maya early May to hit up all the new resorts that have recently opened in the area. I plan on meeting with as many new wedding coordinators as possible and engaging in Destination Wedding Site Inspections at each resort. This added knowledge will give me the additional expertise that is expected of a Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialist!

I couldn’t be more excited to be staying at one of the newest, most luxury resorts in the Cancun Hotel Zone. I’ve been to Cancun many times, though my husband has not, so I’m going to show him the blue waters we all return to Cancun for. You think I say that just because I am one, but let me tell you, there’s more to group travel planning than an internet booking engine. To avoid this fee guests must cancel with a minimum of 24 hours before the booked tee time.

Guests also have access to a wide range of amenities and services at the Grand Coral Club House and the Beach Club including use of the fitness center, dressing rooms, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. Dreams Villamagna

Beautiful views, contemporary feel, and amazing al fresco lunches were the highlights of our Puerto Vallarta getaway. Dreams Villamagna is an all-inclusive resort located in the Nuevo Vallarta beach area. The views from the fifth floor of the resort were incredible. Not only did the sliding glass doors open entirely, making the room feel like it was outdoors itself, out the back door was jaw dropping lush green scenery. Head to the roof top restaurant to see it all from your table while dining on sushi.

The resort featured a mod lobby, with soothing island music and waitresses serving mango martinis. Dreams Villamagna boasts clean lines and contemporary style loungers around the pool areas. Beautiful attention to detail to decor and comfort in each of the restaurants also.

My favorite part of our short three night adventure were the lunches on the patio overlooking the pools. Lunch was fresh surf and turf, decadent desserts, and a crisp white wine. It was exactly what a mom and dad needed on their vacation.

Bride and Groom, Brooke & Jason have planned their wedding at this resort in June 2012. A great choice!
